About the Event
Come out to see the farm, meet your friends (or make new ones!) and enjoy a one-hour gentle yoga session on the lawn, followed by song bowl meditation. The session will be led by Nancy Opgaard, an instructor with 40 years of experience, who has generously donated her time to help with this fundraising event.
The event also includes refreshments plus a silent auction featuring awesome choices for horse lovers and non-horsey people alike! We also have a fabulous door prize for one lucky attendee to be picked at random.
The entire event will be held outdoors with social distancing practices followed as much as we can control, but we suggest that you wear a mask apart from the yoga session itself.
When you arrive, you will be able review and sign up for the silent auction. Yoga will begin at 9:00. The winners will be announced by 11:00.
